Human Radiator: our body has powerful capabilities of heating and cooling itself, but we can do some things that make its job much easier and when we do this, it can put the energy saved toward giving us more energy for doing the things we have to do! 

 Tummy Flattening Effect of Fiber: one of the fastest ways to flatten our abdominal area is to eat a fiber rich diet, and I’m not referring to a cereal loaded diet, (most cereals spike blood sugar) but rather a diet that has lots of raw vegetables, beans, oatmeal, nuts and fruit in it. “A diet rich in fiber helps prevent a buildup of waste in our waist!”

 We weigh too much because we…: the reason Americans on average weigh too much, is because we eat way too much! “We really should become more need driven and a lot less pleasure driven with our fuel intake.” This would take a huge burden off our food and our healthcare systems. 

 Pills, Guns and False Flags: false fear and confusion flags are for the purpose of diverting attention from the real thing, and one thing our government, media and pharmaceutical industry seem to all have in common, is their constant diversion of attention away from the underlying “cause of the problems,” and their appreciation for a good false flag to further their own agenda.

 The human cell tower and its cellular language: Our habits send out signals 24 hours a day, 7days a week, 365 days a year to the several trillion cells in our body, whether for wellness or disease. We have the opportunity to speak health to the cells of our body through our healthy habits and the way we think and believe. The stronger and more positive we make these 3, the stronger the signal will be from our cell tower!

 Gym of your future: “your activities today are tomorrow’s physical capability insurance!” Whenever we have the opportunity at home, or work to do physical activity or manual labor, we should look at it as a muscle and fitness building opportunity. These are the real life exercises that help prevent injury when we attempt to do it tomorrow, next week and next year! 

 How negatives and injuries strengthen us: the positive things in life (and in exercise) look and feel great, but how we handle the negatives and recover from our injuries, plays a big part in building true strength, endurance and character!! 

 Personal designer drugs your body makes: your body not only produces drugs designed specifically for you and the bad things your body is fighting every day such as cancer, heart disease, stress etc. it also produces the chemicals that help increase energy, vitality and happiness! God designed something unmatchable when he designed our body’s chemistry…

 A fountain of violence they won’t admit to: we have a conscious mind that is supposed to bother us, depress us and guide us to help us to make things better for ourselves and the ones we care about, so should we be throwing pills down our throat that tell our brains to chemically alter itself so as to not care or to feel differently about these things? If a person gets on S.S.R.I. drugs to help them suppress emotions, what happens if the conscious is suppressed…it’s an emotion as well? It may feel good to a person to “just not care,” but how does it affect the ones that have to deal with this person? What happens if they suddenly get off the drug and their brain is as one on fire? When we have a massive amount of people on these drugs and an industry that is constantly pressing for even more expanded usage, what we will have left is a conscious suppressed generation of drug induced sociopaths that are like potential time bombs.

 Controlling blood sugar with…: why would we rely on blood glucose control drugs that have many side affects, when we can control blood sugar spikes through food choices, activity and exercise, while at the same time reducing excess fatty deposits and cholesterol?

 Childhood cancer and our early donor opportunity: “we as parents are builders of the home our child’s life resides in. This building process starts before conception, goes through the early stages of childhood and impacts their habits and decisions as a young adult and helps set the foundation for the next generation. This is their body, they are our living legacy!” 

 Your child, your living legacy: our responsibility as parents should be to put a protective screen around our children by the lifestyle we show and teach them. One of the best insurance policies that we can leave with them, are the good habits that have shaped who they are and who they will become.


 Pathways to suicide: there are pathways to suicide that can become highways for someone that loses hope. We can only try to create pathways for change and hope around ourselves and the ones we care about. If you are someone that is contemplating this, just don’t do it, you still have a purpose in making the lives better for the ones you care about, in the ways only you can.
