Personal Designer Drugs "Your Body Makes"

The body's capability to produce its own drugs is one of the most amazing things to me about the human body. It makes antibodies, and other chemicals produced by the immune system, as well as brain drugs, drugs that break things down, drugs that build things up, drugs that make us happy etc. We can certainly trust the fact that we have an internal pharmacy that is at work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
We have many pharmaceutical drugs available (that work very well at speeding things up), but it's our own body in the end that gets rid of things, balances things out and heals things that have gotten off track.
Example: there are things that have no business being in our body and are considered foreign invaders. Our body will produce antibodies (anti-body) that are specifically designed for the type of infection, illness etc. that we have.

We use these anti-bodies as a tagging system to mark the foreign invaders (that are in our body) for destruction. We have a messaging system that gathers the information on the invader, (whether it's a cancer or a flu-bug), it will then deliver this information to the immune system. The immune system will then start rapidly formulating drugs that are specifically designed for this foreign invader. The antibodies have meanwhile tagged and flagged the bad things for destruction by our immune system.
Our immune system is so powerful that if it over-reacts it can kill the entire body rapidly (such as in anaphylactic shock). Fortunately our body has a messaging system that (if working properly) signals the exact amount of force that is needed to destroy the things that do not belong in our body.
Example: if you take care of your house, you will know exactly what does and what does not belong in your home, whether it's something that is no longer of value, or something that came in from the outside such as dirt, bugs, trash, etc. If you go through the house and tag these things that are of no value and create a bad environment, the cleanup crew will know exactly what to remove and destroy because these items are marked for destruction and are considered (anti-home). Antibiotics work in much the same way and are simply drugs that are produced by the body to tag the bad stuff so the chemicals from our immune system can kill and remove them.
There are things we can do such as getting external assistance (from a doctor, surgeon or pharmaceutical drug), to correct things and to speed things up, but it is very important that we know that it is our body that has the lone responsibility of healing itself, "how we strengthen or weaken this system is largely up to us."
There are many chemical reactions that are produced in the body, and though it has a very complicated process, what these processes rely on are very basic and not complicated at all!
These are the basic ingredients our internal laboratory (immune system) uses to make drugs designed specifically for our needs, these were the same 1000's of years ago and they're still the same today:
  1. Clean air (oxygen)
  2. Hydration (water)
  3. Healthy diet
  4. Active lifestyle and exercise
  5. Sunshine
  6. Deep rest and recovery
  7. Positive social connections (family, friends, community).
When you do the above with consistency, your body not only produces drugs designed specifically for you and the bad things your body is fighting every day such as cancer, heart disease, stress etc. it also produces the chemicals that help increase energy, vitality and happiness! God designed something unmatchable when he designed our body's chemistry...
